Steve Roberts and crew are awesome. He and his staff always take the time to help and explain things thoroughly. Everyone in the office follows through with the tasks they are asked to complete. The friendly atmosphere is a welcome change from our previous insurance agent.

We went to Steve Robert's office in order to review our insurance needs. Steve was very well informed on insurance products and how they could benefit us. Even though he introduced us to various improvements to our existing policies, he did not push us to make changes, nor did he require us to make any decisions immediately. We left his office feeling as if we had had a visit with a good friend who cared about our welfare. His office staff with whom we dealt were just as helpful and knowledgeable as Steve, and Nancy found a way to reduce the cost of one of my policies without reducing the coverage. I was glad for that.
